I need a theme for a fun and fantastical space dungeon

The players must navigate through the station, fighting off the aliens and their wacky creations, in order to find and defeat the leader of the alien invasion. Along the way, they can collect space loot and acquire new weapons and abilities to help them on their quest. The space station itself could be filled with all sorts of strange and fantastical environments, from glowing crystal caves to towering futuristic cities. It's up to you to come up with the details and make the dungeon as fun and imaginative as possible!

Any ideas for what kind of aliens might live here?

How about some safe havens in the dungeon?

The station could have shops, restaurants, and other amenities, allowing the players to take a break from the dangers of the dungeon.

3. A hidden temple, dedicated to a powerful and benevolent god. The temple could offer the players sanctuary, as well as healing and other divine blessings. The players could also learn powerful magic spells or gain other abilities from the temple's priests or guardians.

4. An abandoned research facility, where the players can find valuable information and technology. The facility could be filled with all sorts of strange and dangerous experiments, as well as hidden secrets and hidden passages. Who are some cool NPCs in the dungeon?

1. A wise old alien, who has spent many years exploring the dungeon and has learned its secrets. The players could seek out the old alien for advice or guidance, and the alien could provide valuable information or even help the players on their quest.

1. A swarm of tiny robots, capable of swarming over the players and draining their energy. The players will have to use all of their speed and agility to avoid being overwhelmed by the robots.

2. A trap-filled maze, designed to test the players' skills and ingenuity. The players will have to use all of their wits to navigate the maze and avoid the deadly traps.

1. A massive space battle, between the evil aliens who have taken over the dungeon and a group of rebels who are fighting against them. The players will have to choose a side and fight for their lives in the battle.
