Skull bats, stats as hyena or wolf, they can fly/glide up to their speed for a round, have spider climbing like abilities and possess echolocation and darkvision.
Skull bats have low morale and only fight to first blood, will retreat when hit or threatened. In particular they will stear clear from open flames. They have strength in numbers and provide advantage to allies including other predators by attacking through pack tactics.

Ecology
Skull bats, also known Carrion bats are a species of bats that have bald heads and necks, with smaller ears than most bats, since they do not use echolocation for hunting. They are also much larger than most bats, the size of a large rabbit.
They cohabit lairs with large predators, eating leftovers and cleaning kills leaving just the bones.
These adaptations have made them unable to sustain prolonged flight, and they need to land at the end of a few seconds, more a combination of jumping and gliding than actual flight. They are however extremely capable at climbing and skittering across any surface even upside down.
Skull bats do not favor combat, however they are collaborative and will protect the predators on which they depend, causing confusion and jumping on targets setting them off balance, trying to disarm them and making them lose concentration.
If cornered however they will make use of their powerful vice grip jaws capable of breaking bones (after a successful bite they grab hold and have advantage on continued attacks against the same target in their next turn).
